Pursuant to article 13 of the Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/03) please read the briefing note below on how your personal data will be processed by Armal S.r.l. to provide the services requested.
1) The personal data you provided at the moment of requesting Armal S.r.l. services, or collected
subsequently while availing of such services, will be processed for the following purposes:
Such data will be processed by the said joint Data Processors for the said purposes using computerised, electronic and paper formats. The data contained in the aforementioned database will not be communicated or disseminated to third parties but may be used by the persons in charge of processing appointed by the offices of the respective joint Data Processer companies responsible for pursuing said purposes ( including debt collection, legal purposes, customer care).
The provision of personal data for the aforementioned purposes is obligatory; its absence, partial or
inaccurate provision may make it impossible to supply the services requested.
2) With your specific consent and until such time as revoked your personal data may be processed directly - including by means of one or more remote communication methods ( e-mail, telephone)- for purposes not strictly related to provision of the services requested, that is to say for:

Within Armal S.r.l. your personal data will be processed by employees of the Customer Care, Commercial, Marketing, Invoicing and Technology departments. Said employees who answer directly to the Data Controller have been appointed as persons in charge of processing and have received appropriate operating instructions in such regard.
As far as the processing of personal data is concerned you may at any time directly exercise the rights pursuant to art. 7 of the Code which we have for convenience copied below, by writing to:
